Laptop LCD died :(

Unfortunately the LCD of my good old Samsung X20 Laptop took his last breath a couple of days ago. Actually the backlight of the LCD isn’t working anymore. So I was in a bit of a dilemma … no laptop, no more working on my diploma thesis. I didn’t want to buy a brand-new computer and the laptop itself (except the LCD) is working fine, I just needed a new external screen. After a bit of research at the local shops, I ended up with an LG Flatron W2261V.  The LG ist 21,5 Inch (more than enough for me any bigger wouldn’t have fit on my desk anyway), full HD Resolution and was only 300 AU$. Overall I’m very happy with the screen. Maybe not the best of the best, but good value for money.
